Fratin Brothers Vineyard continues a long tradition of family winemaking in the Grampians area, The vineyards are nestled between the rolling hills of the Great dividing range in the Grampians region. Traditional winemaking methods including basket pressing are still used to create a wines of elegance and distinction.
Our Copes Hill range of wines are made from grapes sourced from neighbouring Grampians vineyards, minimal handling and intervention of the wine are critical to maintaining the full fruit flavours from the vineyard, the wine displays the hallmarks of classic Cabernet Sauvignon and is supported by well-balanced oak integration.

Palate: The mid palate is supported by balancedacidity and develops around the ripe currant flavours and is complemented by sweet vanilla and cedar oak spices
