Fratin Brothers Vineyard continues a long tradition of family winemaking in the Grampians area, The vineyards are nestled between the rolling hills of the Great dividing range in the Grampians region. Traditional winemaking methods including basket pressing are still used to create a wines of elegance and distinction.
Our Copes Hill range of wines are made from grapes sourced from neighbouring Grampians vineyards and blended with our estate grown fruit, minimal handling and intervention of the wine are critical to maintaining the full fruit flavours from the vineyard, the wine displays the hallmarks of classic cool climate Shiraz and is supported by well-balanced oak integration.

Bouquet: Spice & cloves, blackberries, vanillan oak
Palate: The mid palate is dominated by ripe plums, spice and pepper which give way to a medium bodied finish, supported by fine tannins
