Lovely deep colour and clarity this wine has a typical herbaceous and savoury bouquet of cloves and stewed fruit. It’s long and medium to full in richness with great mouth feel of lasting ripe fruit and spice characters. The finish is warm and lengthy and is supported with finely textured tannins.

Made from our finest American Oak barrels this wine displays deep ruby red colour, the bouquet has plenty of regional character of spice, blackberry and forest fruit aromas, backed by well-balanced cedar/vanilla oak. The palate is of medium to full weight with ripe plum and typical pepper and spice notes and finishes with velvety tannins and lengthy mouth feel.
This wine displays brilliant clarity. blueberry, plum and a hint of mint fill the bouquet, the medium palate is savoury showing hints of pepper, spice and blackcurrant and is supported by some well integrated oak.
Brilliant pale straw colour, tropical fruit aromas with white nectarine and citrus fruits. Hints of lime, lemon rind and citrus fill the mouth, finishing with a well balanced long lasting finish.
